Return & Refund Policy – Dads Matter

At Dads Matter, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn or only tried on briefly and in good condition

  • Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Original packaging is preferred when possible

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are produced in limited runs, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been washed or significantly worn

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

If a design or manufacturing defect occurs within 14 days of delivery, we will gladly replace the item at no cost.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange an exchange if inventory is available.


Apparel Care & Quality Notice

Our apparel is produced using high-quality garments and professionally applied heat transfer vinyl.

To help your item last longer, we recommend:

  • Wash inside out

  • Wash in cold water

  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat

  • Do not iron directly on the design

Damage caused by improper washing, high heat drying, bleach, or misuse may not be eligible for return or refund.

If you experience an issue with your item shortly after receiving it, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
