Shipping Policy – Dads Matter

At Dads Matter, every order supports our mission of reminding the world that fathers who show up truly matter. We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Because many of our items are made to order, this processing time allows us to carefully produce each item and ensure quality before shipping.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.


Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order and are preparing it for production.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us for assistance.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and current shipping conditions.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Dads Matter is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Dads Matter is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work quickly to resolve it.
